That it would have never believed that the baby born on 26 October 1956 a day would grow up to be the sixth President of the Islamic Republic of Iran. He was the fourth of seven children and his father was a poor, although a very devout and religious man. Mahmoud father skips work trying to support his family. Several times he was a shopkeeper, a blacksmith and a Barber.
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad inherited the religious zeal of his father. Even though he's only 5 '4 "seems to be that they have formed for any physical shortcomings with his intellectual prowess." It has been reported that Mahmoud was 132 over 400,000 candidates to enter the Iran University of science and technology in 1976. Although one might think that a man of such religious fervor might have a degree in Islamic theology, instead he earned a Ph.d. in transportation engineering in 1997.
Role of Ahmadinejad in the Iranian army is a bit gloomy. Intelligence sources say he was a senior officer in a unit of special forces with the Revolutionary Guard. In 2003 he became the Mayor of Tehran. He began to spout his radicalism of his mayoral soap box. "Today our great nation due and prophetic mission is to prepare for the formation of the universal rule of the Mahdi". The prophecy of the coming of the Mahdi of Ahmadinejad has had a major effect in his foreign policy as President of Iran. In a nutshell its foreign policy is removed from Israel in oblivion and the hope of an implosion of the United States to similar to what happened to the Soviet Union. The Mahdi is the Redeemer of Islam who will return to Earth in the years before the judgment of God. You will reign with Jesucristo and together to rid the world of evil and injustice. Christians resist this idea and are offended much which by those that are propagated to a concept of Jesus to share his throne with the Mahdi. A Christian this borders on blasphemy.
Ahmadinejad announced his candidacy for the Presidency in April 2005. Thousands of candidates were eliminated by the Government. The final ballet was only 8. It seems highly unlikely that Ahmadinejad, who was just elected Mayor of Tehran in 2003, would win an election for the Presidency. He was killed last while probe only 2.8 per cent of the votes. He declares a miracle of Allah who won the Presidency in runoff crushing against his opponent, Rafsanjani. Surely, this long shot for the Presidency was chosen by Allah. On the other hand, Western intelligence tells us that Iran policy is not very different from politics in Chicago.
Unusual leader of Iran has again reiterated his claim of being a kind of precursor or John the Baptist next Mahdi. It is believed that it is the end of the age, but missing a few years and the Iranian people is not to sit passively waiting for the preparation that fall from the sky. Sincerely believes that he is the 'chosen', he is actively, aggressively instigate war between the Iranian forces and those of the United States and Israel. The Mahdi does not come to establish his Kingdom up to the "great Satan" (America) and the "Small Satan" are attracted to the confrontation. Ahmadinejad says that it will use the atomic bomb once achieved it is not joke. Feel a divine calling to destroy as many 'infidels' as possible to pave the way for the Mahdi.
Addressing the United Nations General Assembly in September 2005 shocked the peoples of the world at the end of your presentation with this bold prayer, "O mighty Lord, beg you to speed up the appearance of your last repository, the promised one, that human being perfect and pure, that will fill the world with justice and peace." Once again, this is a blasphemous statement Christians who believe that Jesucristo was the only pure and perfect human being. Its perfectly qualified to sacrifice on the cross to become an effective propitiation for the sins of humanity.
Humility seems to be a foreign feature to Ahmadinejad. He stated that during his speech to the United Nations was surrounded by an aura of mysterious light and "for the duration of the twenty-seven or twenty-eight minutes, they do not blink." I am not exaggerating. I looked up and saw. They were transfixed. "It was if a hand held." Strange that nobody reported this strange appearance that day.
Some would argue that radical theology of the Christian would affect foreign policy in the same way that could radical theology of Ahmadinejad. Some might fear a repeat of the Crusades. It might very well be possible but Christ never encouraged or directed his followers to pick up the sword. Ahmadinejad has his followers became frightened in his attempt to reign destruction down quickly before the appearance of the Mahdi. Christians are instructed not to do such a thing. Tell us that no man knows the day nor the hour of the coming of his (Jesus) and therefore we are to "occupy until I come." (Luke 19: 13). The Christians were not highlighted on waging a battle. We live in peace and relief knowing that "the battle is the Lord 's"
